Letting Fee
Let only: 12% (inc VAT)
This service applies to Landlords who wish to let their property but are willing to take on the day to day management of the tenancy during the tenancy.
Our Let only service included in this fee marketing the property, carrying out accompanied viewings introducing the tenant, arranging the inventory on your behalf and carrying out the relevant checks on your new potential tenant including finalising the tenancy agreement.
Let and rent collection: 15.6% (inc VAT)
With the rent collection service, you will receive the full lettings service plus we will collect the rent when due and pay it across to you directly. You will also receive a statement showing monies collected and should the issue arise we will also address directly with the tenant any arrears (UK CLIENTS ONLY) .
Let and Fully Management: 19.2% (inc VAT)
Our management service is our most popular and encompassing service we provide this includes all the services offered above and as well as provide annual interim reports, personally visiting the property and obtaining quotes arranging repairs and safety certificates, as well as being the first point of contact to your tenants.

Short letting service (tenancies less than 6 months): 24% (inc of VAT )
For arranging a short term tenancy.
Tenancy agreement fee £300 (inc. VAT )
For drawing up the tenancy and any special or extra clauses.
Registering the Deposit: £70 (inc. VAT)
For registering a tenancy deposit with My Deposits.
Renewal and re-registration of deposit fee: £192.00 (inc. VAT)
For drawing up the renewal agreement and re-registering the deposit.
Property inspections: £84 (inc. VAT )
For performing a property inspection.
Landlord gas safety certificate £145 (inc. VAT )
For arranging the legal requirement of a gas safety certificate for the property.
EPC (Energy performance certificate) £90 (inc. VAT )
For arranging and supplying an EPC for the property.
Sales of the property to tenant :2.5% (inc. VAT )
Fee payable if the property is sold to the tenant.
Legionella risk assessment £145 (inc. VAT )
For carrying out a risk assessment on the property
Notice of the Right to Cancel You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This must be done in writing from within 14 days from the date that the contract is signed. The notice should be sent to 102 Allisten Road London NW8 7AY or by email to: admin@foxgregory.co.uk . Any Notice of Cancellation is deemed served on the day it is delivered, posted or sent. This directive only applies to distance contracts.
If you have given us your written agreement to market the property for rent within the cancellation period, then we reserve the right to charge an admin fee equivalent to the expense incurred for marketing the property at the date of cancellation
