The fee for introducing a Tenant is 18% including VAT of the total gross rental reserved under the Tenancy Agreement, with a minimum charge of £300.  The fee is payable regardless of whether the tenancy was negotiated or arranged by us.

This service relates to tenancies not exceeding 13 weeks. For short term rentals, as detailed above, no references or inventory will be taken up and the deposit will usually be commensurate to the period of the letting.
